Our Story
Globental was born from the experience of Enrique Alcántara and Sebastián Torres-Calderón, who for years faced the difficulties of building equipment in Spain: high costs, regulatory rigidity and scarcity of certain profiles. Looking for alternatives, they began hiring talent in Latin America.
The result exceeded all expectations: highly qualified, motivated and committed professionals, who also made it possible to optimize costs and accelerate the growth of their company.
Convinced that they were not the only ones with this problem, they decided to create Globental to help other European companies access the same talent, in an agile, cost-effective and hassle-free way.
